Senses was born as an ode to the feminine, soft, inviting, powerful. I wanted to create a space for my community that feels warm and held, where people can drop their armour and truly connect.
Bringing it to life has been about attention to detail: from how we transform warehouses with fabric and lighting, to the lineups that balance energy and emotion, to how the room itself feels. As with everything, creation is a collaborative effort.
Senses is a platform for me to celebrate and to invite some of my favourite local artists to share their incredible talents with us. This will be a platform for artists to experiment, to play, and to dive deep into their feminine.
What makes Senses unique?
I wanted to create something that celebrates softness without losing power. At Senses, the music, design, and energy are all guided by this ethos. People walk in and feel that it’s not just a party, it’s a space to be held. It's a place where we practice conscious and intentional raving, a place for a therapeutic release and a place to connect with the ones you love.

When curating the lineups, what are some of the considerations you have to keep in mind?
It’s about flow and emotionality. I look for artists who can balance intensity with tenderness, who know how to guide a room rather than just play at it. I also think about diversity in sound and tempo. Senses is about creating a journey, not just a night of bangers.
What is your role at Jetblack Agency?
I’m the head booker and logistics coordinator. My role is to curate and negotiate lineups for festivals and events, while also ensuring every detail of the artist’s journey - from travel to technical needs - is smooth and professional. It’s about marrying creativity with precision.
What’s one of the most valuable lessons you’ve learned about working with artists and their teams?
That relationships are everything. Trust and communication are at the core.
How has your experience running events and working at Jetblack shaped your own approach as an artist/DJ?
It’s given me perspective. I understand how lineups flow, how a room can shift depending on energy, and how important it is to respect the space you’re stepping into. Working at Jetblack has also given me insight into the business side - the intention behind booking an artist, what makes an artist successful, what makes a lineup work, and how to consider an artist’s placement thoughtfully. Being a booker myself has helped me apply that same approach to my own strategy and sound. It’s made me deeply value professionalism and preparation - being an artist isn’t just about the music, it’s about how you hold yourself within the ecosystem.
